Pet Policy

At Holmes Townhomes, we welcome both cats and dogs. Each household is permitted to have a maximum of three pets. A $350 deposit is required for one pet, $500 deposit for two pets, and $650 for three pets. Additionally, there is a monthly fee of $45 per pet.

PET OVERVIEW: Dogs and cats are welcome in our community! All pet residents must have their health checks and shots and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum must be on file at our leasing office. There are a maximum of three (3) pets allowed.
